CBT is a form of talking therapy that helps by breaking down the negative thought cycle. CBT breaks down problems that affect mental health to be smaller and more manageable. It can help with managing difficult emotions and to connect with more enjoyable ones .


2) Mindfulness-based Therapy What Is Mindfulness Therapy? Mindfulness-based therapy uses techniques like meditation to help a person be more aware and self-regulate their thoughts, feelings and their body. It helps to improve attention, reduces stress levels, & increases empathy.

What does Mindfulness help with? Anxiety Bipolar Disorder Stress PTSD Chronic pain Depression Sleep difficulties Mindfulness-based Therapy Reduces the risk of depression relapse by 50%.

3) Humanistic Therapy What Is Humanistic Therapy?


Humanistic therapy focuses on free will, self-development and growth in order to live a fulfilling life. The aim is to help recognise your strengths and focus on self-actualisation. Rather than focusing on the past, humanistic therapy focuses on the present.

4) Psychodynamic Therapy What Is Psychodynamic Therapy? Psychodynamic therapy helps to gain insight into your daily life and present-day problems by reviewing your emotions, thoughts, beliefs and early experiences. It also identifies any unhealthy coping mechanisms formed overtime & put new coping ideas in place.
