Rhiannon is an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Rhiannon has experience working with adolescents and adults across health, forensic and education sectors. Rhiannon delivers one to one therapy, group interventions & coaching. With experience in supporting people with mental health conditions, neurodiversity and learning disabilities, Rhiannon is an ADHD coach & works with neurodivergent adolescents & adults whose ADHD & Autism is impacting their daily life. She can also assess for sensory difficulties & supports adolescents, adults & families managing ARFID, eating disorders or food related difficulties. 

Rhiannon provides OT assessments & therapy for individuals with mental health & physical conditions such as OCD, CFS, anxiety, depression & can offer strategies to boost emotional regulation, skills for managing fatigue, anxiety & coping with low mood. 

Rhiannon is also an associate lecturer & anxiety coach.
