Sharanjit is a qualified Counselling Psychologist. She joined our team as we expanded our network beyond Clinical Psychologists to support adolescents (age 11+) and adults. Sharanjit has over 5 years of pre-qualification experience working in mental health with children and adults including people with neurodiversity. Her specialisms are Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapy. Her varied skills and experience include therapy for young people and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, trauma related difficulties (including PTSD), emotional regulation issues and more complex mental health difficulties.

Doctorate in Counselling Psychology,
2009-2010: Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, University of Aston.
