Sharanjit is a qualified Counselling Psychologist offering therapy to adults. Sharanjit has a decade of experience working in mental health with children and adults including people with ADHD and Autism. Her specialisms are Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapy. She is also trained in EMDR to treat trauma and PTSD. Her varied skills and experience include therapy for young people and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, trauma-related difficulties (including PTSD), emotional regulation issues and more complex mental health difficulties.
