CONTACT US

If you would like to book an initial session or have an inquiry, please fill out the contact form below or email us at amy@drlaurakeyes.com. There will be no obligation to make an appointment.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours. We respond faster to email & website enquiries than voicemails - so contact this way is preferable.

All visits in person are by prior appointment only, with no walk-in enquiries possible. We do not offer free initial therapy sessions, but there is no commitment beyond the first paid-for session.

Not sure if therapy is for you? Not sure if it is the right time to start therapy?

Lots of people are not sure if therapy is right for them, if they are ready, or even what to expect from a therapy session. We would like to join you in a conversation to hopefully demystify the process!

The initial assessment session is an invitation to talk though any fears or anxieties you may have about therapy, and discuss what you are looking for in a therapist. There is opportunity to work out what is happening that is causing you difficulty, what you feel is at risk if you don’t take action, and what you hope to get out of treatment (therapy goals).

If, after that session, you decide that therapy is not for you, or a different approach is needed that cannot be provided, we will do our best to put you in touch with someone who may be able to help.

There are some great resources for thinking about whether talking therapy is right for you, such as those from MIND & the Mental Health Foundation.
