FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

What are the fees and how do I pay?

We have a range of therapists available at different fees, reflecting their level of training and skills/experience:

- Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists, & Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology - £140/session

- Dr Sharanjit Kandola, Counselling Psychologist -£110/session

- Marie Allman, High Intensity CBT Therapist -  £100/session

- Jessica Burley, Trainee Young Persons Counsellor -£60/session

- Kyla Georgios, Occupational Therapist - £80/hour

Payments to be made on the day of sessions taking place via online BACS only. For terms and conditions regarding fees, please do get in touch.

We are registered with some insurance companies: should you wish to use insurance please tell us before commencing therapy as we may not work with your insurer. We work with AXA or BUPA only for Autism and ADHD assessments, not for therapy sessions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How long do sessions last?

Sessions last 50 minutes each. You and your therapist will decide together how often you meet and for how long before reviewing how therapy is going.

What days/times can I have my sessions?

We work across the day and evenings on weekdays, to be able to offer sessions to fit around school, work and other commitments you may have.

Where are you based?

We have two venues currently, and are expanding to offer a service in Milton Keynes soon (please contact us to register your interest in sessions there).

BEDFORDSHIRE:

Bedford Consulting Room, 4 Goldington Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK40 3NF

Bedford Consulting Rooms are private consultation rooms in a beautifully decorate victorian building used by a variety of allied health professionals. Entry to the building can only be gained by prior arrangement. There is disabled access using the ramp at the main entrance, a disabled toilet on the ground floor and ground floor consultation room available to book. Also available are consultation rooms upstairs. There is free parking outside the front of the building for several cars. If this is full there is a pay & display car park at the next turning on the ring road.

 

 

CAMBRIDGESHIRE:

Brook House, 13 Brook Street, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 2BP

Brook House are private consultation rooms in a stunning historically significant and listed building. There is a grand waiting area, and our therapy room is up a flight of stairs. There is free parking outside and if full there is a pay & display car park next door.  

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE:

Place Eight Wellness, Dodley Hill Barns, Station Road, Swanbourne, Bucks, MK17 0SR

Marie Allman (CBT Therapist) works here on Wednesday afternoons. There are private consultation rooms in a beautiful countryside location where the surroundings help promote healing and restoration. There is free parking outside, disabled access and ground floor therapy rooms available. 15 mins from Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Buckingham.

What about COVID safety?

Throughout the pandemic we continued to review the government guidance provided to business on safely reopening. We continue to ensure that the environment is safe for our clients by both parties not meeting in person if either are experiencing symptoms of COVID - remote sessions can be organised instead.
