We have two venues, with most of our clinics held at:
Bedford Consulting Rooms
4 Goldington Road
Bedford Consulting Rooms are private consultation rooms in a beautifully decorated victorian building, use by a number of Allied Health Professionals. Entry to the building can only be gained by prior arrangement.
There is a disabled access using the ramp at the main entrance, disabled toilet on the ground floor and ground floor consultation room. Also available are consultations rooms upstairs. There is free parking outside the building for several spaces - if this is full there is a pay & display car park at the next turning on the ring road.
We now also have a clinic in St Neots (current Dr Laura Keyes works here one day a week) at:
13 Brook Street
Brook House are private consultation rooms in a stunning historically significant and listed building. There is a waiting area, and our therapy room is up a flight of stairs. Also available on rewets are consultation rooms downstairs with disabled access currently being developed (including a fold down ramp). There is free client parking outside, and if full there is a pay & display next door.
Appointments are available lasting 50 minutes. We work a range of hours to offer a flexible service to people who have busy lives.
Sessions are available face to face where possible due to current COVID restrictions), & via Skype/Zoom/FaceTime/Whatsapp, letter/email for people who find it impractical or interpersonally difficult to meet in person.
COVID-19 BUSINESS COMPLIANCE
Our Practice has reviewed the UK Governments guidance provided to businesses on safely reopening during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our two key responsibilities are 1. Ensuring that the environment is safe for its Associates and Clients and 2. Continuing to deliver services to our usual high standard.
We have completed a risk assessment and concluded that resuming all face to face sessions for our services at this time would not be in the best interests of our Associates or Clients. However we are offering face to face appointments for Autism diagnostic assessments, as well as face to face appointments with appropriate PPE for those clients who wish to start/resume 'in person' sessions at the Consulting Rooms for specific therapeutic work withs specific therapists in the team. These assessments/sessions will involve following the Safety Policy as described by Bedford Consulting Rooms. The services we offer of course may change as government guidelines evolve.
So that we can safely provide face to face appointments clients attending the practice must adhere to certain guidance or your appointment cannot go ahead. Please contact us if you would like to read our guidelines for current/future clients who intend to attend sessions in person. We would be happy to discuss these with you.
