Amanda is a qualified coach, teacher, and neurodivergent specialist with extensive professional and lived experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent people. She is passionate about helping individuals make sense of their diagnosis, recognise their strengths, and develop practical strategies that enable them to thrive.

Known for her warm, friendly, and reassuring approach, Amanda creates a safe, non-judgemental space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered. Drawing on her experience across NHS services, education, specialist mental health, and neurodivergent coaching, she tailors her support to each individual, helping them build confidence, improve self-understanding, navigate everyday challenges, and advocate for the support they need.

Amanda believes that a diagnosis is not the end of the journey it is the beginning of

understanding yourself, embracing your differences, and building a life that works for you.
