Dr Abi Methley completed her EMDR standard accredited training with adults, congratulations Abi!

EMDR is an advanced psychotherapy requiring a high level of skill. Training consists of three levels, regular supervision and a required number of cases to ensure competence of the practitioner.

EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing - is used to treat a range issues including phobias, anxiety and traumatic experiences. Sessions can either be in the standard 50 minutes or longer 90 minutes sessions to maximise processing.
