Dr Mark Golightly qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2019 and has several years of working in the NHS prior to this. Mark works with adults 18 and above who experience mental health difficulties. He can offer a wide range of therapies tailored to the individual's difficulties, including EMDR, DBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT, Schema Therapy and Mentalisation Based Therapy. Mark is registered with the HCPC & ICO.

Pre-qualification work experience:

  • 3 years working with young people with offending and substance misuse issues

  • 2 years working in the NHS with individuals and their families affected by Huntington’s disease

  • 2 years as an Assistant Psychologist in an NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service

 

Post qualification work experience:

  • 2019-2020 Inpatient Clinical Psychology with Older and working age adults - Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

  • 2020-present Community Mental Health Team - Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust
